How to Make a Special Seafood Bitterballen

Ahead of the Lunar New Year thinking about what to cook it?

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter

  • oil for frying
Coating:
  • 250 grams of flour rough panir
  • 300 grams of egg whites, beaten off for dipping
How to make bitterballen seafood:
  1. Heat salted butter. Sauteed shrimp and squid. Stir until it changes color. Enter the flour. Stir until clotted. Add a little liquid milk, stirring until smooth. Lift.
  2. Enter the carrots, celery, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir well.
  3. Take a little dough. Flatten. Give a piece of crabstick. Roll over rough panir flour. Dip into the egg whites. Roll again on panir coarse flour.
  4. Fried in oil that has been heated over medium heat until cooked.
  5. Serve.

Serve with the sauce:
6 tablespoons chili sauce
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Fried with hot oil to get more crisp
Serve in hot conditions
