Ingredients / spices:
Leather Material:
  • 275 grams of cake flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 150 ml coconut milk from coconuts 1/4

Material Content:
  • 200 grams of tuna, shredded-suwir
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 100 ml coconut milk from coconuts 1/4
  • 6 sprigs thyme
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Ground Spices:
  • 3 large red chilies
  • 2 pieces of red chili sauce
  • 5 red onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 3 eggs hazelnut, toasted
Coating:
  • 200 ml of water
  • 75 grams of flour rough panir
How to make fried bread skipjack contents:
  1. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant. Enter tuna. Stir well.
  2. Add salt, sugar, and coconut milk. Stir until absorbed. Towards lifted, enter the basil leaves. Stir until wilted. Lift. Refrigerate.
  3. Skin, mix flour, baking powder, yeast, and sugar until blended. Add the eggs, salt, and a little coconut milk while stirring until elastic. Let stand 20 minutes.
  4. Dough weigh 20 grams each. Round shape.
  5. Flatten dough. Give the contents. Long oval shape. Let stand 20 minutes. Dip into the water. Panir flour roll over.
  6. Fried in oil that has been heated over medium heat until cooked.
  7. Serve
