Material:
- 3 medium sized tilapia fish
 - 1 tea spoon of salt
 - 1 lemon, squeezed take the
     water
 - the oil for frying
 - 7 turmeric leaves, chopped
 - 2 bay leaves
 - 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
 - 1/2 tablespoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 - 600 ml coconut milk from

 - 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
 
Ground spices:
- 8 red onions
 - 3 cloves garlic
 - 4 large red chilies
 - 2 cm turmeric
 - 2 cm ginger
 - 1 teaspoon coriander
 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
How to Make Fish curry leaves turmeric:
- Saute ground spices, bay
     leaves, lemongrass until fragrant.
 - Insert coconut milk. Cook,
     stirring until boiling.
 - Add fish, salt, sugar and turmeric leaf. Cook until thickened.
