Martabak

Martabak is a food that is suitable to accompany you while relaxing or breaks, it can also serve lunch while you work. Although this food belongs to snack but the energy contained in the food is pretty good for our body. I will present how to cook it as easy as possible and can be done on its own without having to ask other people let alone buy food. Ingredients for cooking food is exceptionally easy to obtain on the market.

Ingredients for making Skin Martabak:
  • 500 grams of wheat flour protein medium.

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt. 650 ml water.
Materials for fill martabak:
  • 50 grams of margarine
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons aniseed sprinkles
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts that have been roasted, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sesame sangria
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • 50 g sweet condensed milk.
How to cook martabak:
  • The first step you have to do is prepare the skin first. Then sift the flour together with the baking powder, then add the sugar and stir until evenly distributed. Then Add vanilla powder, eggs and salt then mix until evenly distributed.
  • The second step is add water little by little while you whisk slowly, until the dough becomes soft. Then you just let sit for about an hour or less, and the dough was ready for use.
  • Then you take the dough as much as 250 gr and you add 1/4 tea sedok baking powder then mix well.
