How to make chocolate banana (Pisang Coklat)

Banana chocolate or often referred to piscok, this is perfect served food while relaxing with family, food in Indonesia is very often found in the traditional market. Oups ... do not think because the food in the traditional market is not yet the food is very good in my opinion and fans. Are you a fan of Indonesian food?
If so, here's how to make banana chocolate (Piscok)


Materials needed:
  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs chicken
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate, chopped fine
  • 200 grams of flour panir
  • 700 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 20 bananas (plantains more recommended)
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil to taste
How to make chocolate banana:
  1. Combine flour, eggs, salt, margarine and mix well while slowly pour water (batter)
  2. Make the dough into a fried until the dough runs out, put in a fried banana and then roll and fold according to taste
  3. Dip into the white witchcraft, then sprinkle flour panir
  4. Put it in the freezer about 30 minutes
  5. Heat oil, fry until golden brown, remove from heat and serve.
Tips: when presenting you can add milk or mayonnaise on top of the grain
