Ingredients:
- 300 grams of lungs (cow lungs), boiled, cut
into 2x2x2 cm
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed,
chopped finely
- 6 red onions, thinly sliced
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 3 large red chilies, finely
sliced
- 10 eyes of banana, each divided

- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of sour water, 1
teaspoon of tamarind dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
- 700 ml coconut milk, coconut

Ground Spices:
- 4 curly red chilies
- 2 large red chilies
- 1/2 tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
How to make:
- Heat the oil. Saute garlic,
onion, bay leaves, ginger, and spices until fragrant.
- Add red peppers, and a banana.
Stir until wilted. Add lung. Stir well.
- Add salt, sugar, and acid
water. Stir well. Pour coconut milk. Cook, stirring frequently until
cooked.
