Fried chilli beef lungs petai

The food is very much in demand in Indonesia, the hallmark of a banana in Indonesia almost all Indonesian people love it. These foods will captivate the tastes of people who eat it and is perfect served as a side dish when they want to have dinner. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:
  • 300 grams of lungs (cow lungs), boiled, cut into 2x2x2 cm
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed, chopped finely
  • 6 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 cm galangal, crushed
  • 3 large red chilies, finely sliced
  • 10 eyes of banana, each divided two parts
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sour water, 1 teaspoon of tamarind dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
  • 700 ml coconut milk, coconut 1/2
  • 3 tablespoons oil, for frying
Ground Spices:
  • 4 curly red chilies
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 1/2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
How to make:
  1. Heat the oil. Saute garlic, onion, bay leaves, ginger, and spices until fragrant.
  2. Add red peppers, and a banana. Stir until wilted. Add lung. Stir well.
  3. Add salt, sugar, and acid water. Stir well. Pour coconut milk. Cook, stirring frequently until cooked.
  4. Serve
