Cook butternut squash, although this is not a typical Indonesian food I will try to share
cooking tips. This is one of my favorite foods you may also like.

Material:
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil,
for frying
- 1 ½ fruit (100g) onions,
peeled, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and
finely chopped
- 400g carrots, peeled and
diced 1 cm
- 2 stalks celery sticks, cut
into 1 cm
- 150 g of granny smith
apples, peeled, cored, diced 1 cm *)
- 350 g butternut squash,
peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped
- 1 L chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 75 ml heavy cream (heavy
cream)
Complement:
- 100 ml sour cream (sour
cream)
- 3 pieces of beef bacon,
fried until crispy and crunchy, crushed into crumbs
How to make:
- Heat the oil in a large
saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion, garlic, and carrots. Stir and cook
until carrots half withered.
- Enter celery and apples,
stir briefly (± 5 minutes). Add pieces of butternut squash and chicken
broth and stir well. Cook until boiling and cooked carrots (± 20 minutes),
remove from heat. Let cool for a moment.
- Put it in a blender, process
until smooth. Pour back into the pan.
- Add the remaining
ingredients, except the complementary, into the pan of dough butternut
squash. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened (± 10 minutes), remove
from heat.
- Pour into a serving bowl.
Add complementary.
- Serve warm
