How to cook semur jengkol

The food was fantastic, but many people do not like it because it can cause bad breath, but I think you will be able to easily remove the smell of your breath by using penyegas breath. If you are curious here's how to make it:


Materials and seasoning required:
  • 500 grams jengkol without shell
  • 1 liter of water to boil jengkol
  • 65 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml of water
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning
  • oil for frying
Seasoning that must Blend:
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 6 hazelnut
  • 5 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 8 large red chilies
How to make a spicy coconut jengkol stews:
  1. Jengkol boiled in hot water until tender at least 1 hour. Drain and set up flat with a slight hit jengkol, wash clean.
  2. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter the thick coconut milk and water and stir well. Enter jengkol, salt, sugar, flavoring and soy sauce.
  3. Stir and cook until the liquid shrinks and thickens. Lift and presented.
