How to make a spicy coconut jengkol
stews:
- Jengkol
boiled in hot water until tender at least 1 hour. Drain and set up flat
with a slight hit jengkol, wash clean.
- Heat
oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter the thick coconut milk and
water and stir well. Enter jengkol, salt, sugar, flavoring and soy sauce.
- Stir
and cook until the liquid shrinks and thickens. Lift and presented.
