How to cook meat basil

Sometimes when we cook meat very fishy smell makes us do not like to eat it, but this recipe serves very tasty food good aroma and flavor. Cooking meat that feels soft and delicious is not easy but it is not that difficult, you can enjoy cooking meat basil recipes in your kitchen without having to Indonesia directly, here's how to make it:


Ingredients:
  • 350 grams of meat gandik, rectangular cut
  • 2 small bunch basil
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 large green chillies, cut 1 cm
  • 3 large red chilies, cut 1 cm
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 750 ml of water
  • 1 leek, cut into 1 cm
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Ground Spices:
  • 7 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 red chilies curly
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste
How to make the meat cook basil:
  1. Saute ground spices and bay leaves until fragrant.
  2. Add chili. Stir until wilted.
  3. Insert meat. Stir until it changes color.
  4. Add salt, sugar, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Pour water. Cook until soft and pervasive.
  6. Towards appointed, enter basil leaves. Stir well.
  7. Serve
Tips:
You can use the hobo leaves instead of basil leaves or use them to add to the enjoyment of food.
