Ingredients:

- 6 pieces of red chili sauce,
sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 300 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Ground Spices:
- 7 red onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- 3 cm turmeric, burned
How to make chicken sauteed pepper:
- Marinate chicken demgam salt
and lime juice. Let stand 15 minutes.
- Saute ground spices, bay
leaves, and lemongrass until fragrant.
- Enter the chili. Stir until
wilted. Add chicken. Stir until it changes color.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and sugar.
Pour water. Cook until done.
Tip: serve in while still hot and with cucumber salad
