Saute chicken pepper (Tumis ayam rawit)

Ingredients:
  • 1 whole chicken, cut into 24 pieces

  • 1 lemon, take water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 12 pieces of green chili, sliced ​​mirng
  • 6 pieces of red chili sauce, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 300 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
 Ground Spices:
  • 7 red onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 3 cm turmeric, burned
How to make chicken sauteed pepper:
  1. Marinate chicken demgam salt and lime juice. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Saute ground spices, bay leaves, and lemongrass until fragrant.
  3. Enter the chili. Stir until wilted. Add chicken. Stir until it changes color.
  4. Add soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Pour water. Cook until done.
Tip: serve in while still hot and with cucumber salad
