Vegetable squash

Ingredients / spices:
  • 100 grams of carrots, cut into match
  • 100 grams of squash, cut into match
  • 100 grams of pumpkin, cut into match
  • 100 grams of cabbage, cut into the box
  • 10 hard-boiled quail eggs
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cm galangal, crushed
  • 3 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar comb
  • 1,000 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
  • 5 pieces starfruit, round cut 1 cm
  • 1 teaspoon dried shrimp, brewed, roasted, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon water 1 teaspoon of sour tamarind and 2 tablespoons water
Seasonings Fine Fuel:
  • 3 large red chilies
  • 2 curly red chilies
  • 12 pieces of onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cm turmeric
How to make pumpkin vegetable:
  1. Boil the coconut milk fine roasted spices, bay leaves, ginger, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Boil until boiling.
  2. Enter the pumpkin. Cook until tender. Add carrots, squash, and beans. Cook until boiling.
  3. Enter quail eggs, cabbage, starfruit, and acid water. Cook until done.
