Stews know quail eggs

Material:
  • 20 quail eggs, boiled, peeled
  • 6 pieces of fried tofu ready 2 bay leaves
  • 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 3 cm galangal, crushed

  • 500 ml coconut milk from small 1/2
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar comb
  • 4 tablespoons oil for frying
Ground spices:
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 4 red onions
  • 4 grains of toasted hazelnut
  • 1 tablespoon dried shrimp that has been brewed and roasted
How to cook:
  1. Sauté ground spices, galangal, greeting until fragrant and cooked.
