How to make satay sarepeh

Ingredients:
  • 3 pieces of chicken thighs, take the meat, cut into pieces

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 lime leaves, discard bones
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar comb
  • 350 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Ground Spices:
  • 5 red chilies curly
  • 2 pieces of red chili sauce
  • 6 large red chilies
  • 4 red onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
How to make satay sarepeh:
  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, cilantro, oil, and salt. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, saute ground spices, lime leaves, and bay leaves until fragrant.
  3. Enter the coconut milk, salt, and sugar. Cook until soft and creamy. Set aside.
  4. Puncture-skewer chicken skewers alternately with gizzard pierced heart.
  5. Fuel while smeared spice marinade until cooked.
  6. Satay dip in seasoning stir. 
  7. Serve.
