Ingredients / spices:
- 700 grams of beef rendang,

toasted
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Processing Method:
- Boil the thin coconut milk,
galangal, lemongrass, turmeric leaves, and spices, stirring until boiling.
- Add the meat to cook,
stirring frequently, until tender and the sauce thick.
- Pour the thick coconut milk
and cook over low heat, stirring until oily.
