How to cook rendang

The rendang tasty located from comparison seasonings, ingredients in rendang and coconut milk. Well, following rendang recipe has been tested pleasures because of the comparison that has been fit.

Rendang
Ingredients / spices:
  • 700 grams of beef rendang, cut against the fiber thickness of 2 cm
  • 3 cm galangal, crushed
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, taken whiteness, crushed
  • 3 leaves turmeric, made the knot
  • 2,500 ml thin coconut milk (from freshly squeezed coconut milk)
  • 500 ml thick coconut milk from coconuts 3
Ground spices:
  • 20 curly red chilies
  • 5 large red chilies
  • 16 red onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 5 cm ginger
  • 5 grains of hazelnut, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
Processing Method:
  1. Boil the thin coconut milk, galangal, lemongrass, turmeric leaves, and spices, stirring until boiling.
  2. Add the meat to cook, stirring frequently, until tender and the sauce thick.
  3. Pour the thick coconut milk and cook over low heat, stirring until oily.
  4. Serve
