Simple oyster sauce stir-fry meat

Most people think it's just a vegetable stir-fry, but this time we will make a different meal meat sauteed oyster sauce is simple to make way

Ingredients / spices:
  • 350 grams of beef shank meat, sliced thin wide
  • 1/2 onion, cut to length widens
  • 2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, discarded seeds, cut into the box
  • 2 red chilies, discarded seeds, cut into the box
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 150 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
How to make:

  1. Heat the oil. Saute onion, garlic, and chilies until fragrant. Insert meat. Stir until it changes color.
  2. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
  3. Pour water. Cook until soft and pervasive.
  4. serve
