How to make meat savory

Before Eid congratulations to those who celebrate it. but for those who do not celebrate these foods you can still eat with your family.

Ingredients / spices:

  • 500 grams of meat has in, cut into pieces
  • 150 ml coconut milk from coconuts 1/2
  • 1/2 tablespoons tamarind water 1 teaspoon of tamarind dissolved in 1 1/2 tablespoons water
  • 15 fruit skewers

Ground Spices:

  • 10 red onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 2 cm turmeric, fuel
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar comb

Soy sauce (stir score):

  • 100 ml sweet soy sauce
  • 3 large red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 5 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 red tomatoes, cut into the box
  • 1 lemon, take the water

How to make meat savory:

  1. Stir all ingredients and spices. Let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Prick-prick meat on skewers.
  3. Fuel while smeared the remaining marinade over the coals until the meat is cooked.
  4. Serve the meat together soy sauce.
