Fried goat satay


Make satay is very easy and you certainly can, here's how to make it:

Materials:
  • 250 gr mutton (can be mixed with offal)
  • 10 shallots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 5 pieces intact cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons cumin oil or margarine as a substitute
  • 3 green tomatoes (tomatoes), sliced
  • 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • 100 ml of water
Satay seasoning:
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 5 pieces of hazelnut
  • 5 lime leaves
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • Tamarind taste
  • Enough water
  • Soy sauce to taste
Supplementary material:
  • 2 red tomatoes, sliced
  • 100 grams of cabbage, finely sliced
How to make:
Satay seasoning
  1. Puree garlic, coriander, nutmeg and orange leaves.
  2. Combine brown sugar, tamarind and water. Add sweet soy sauce.
Sate fried goat
  1. Cut the meat and dip it in the grated pineapple for 5 minutes.
  2. Lift, then coat the meat with satay spices and set aside.
  3. Saute onion and garlic with the cumin oil. Enter chili intact and tomatoes, stir well.
  4. Enter the goat meat that has been smeared with satay seasoning, then stir until the color changes.
  5. Add sweet soy sauce and stir well.
  6. Pour a little water and stir until absorbed. Enter pepper and salt to taste. Stir well, then lift.
  7. Serve with shredded cabbage and tomatoes.
