Dadar Gulung / Eeg Rolls

Maybe you think the egg rolls are fried egg and roll, but here the food is cooked to resemble a fried egg and rolled with a unique texture makes you addicted to enjoy it.
Here's how to cook and materials needed to make it:



Leather egg rolls: 
  • 1/2 egg, beaten off 
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 25 ml of water suji leaves, the result of 15 leaves 1 suji and pandan leaves
  • 175 ml coconut milk from coconut 1/4
  • 75 g flour 
Material contents
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 75 ml of water
  • 1 pandan leaves, connective
  • 100 g grated coconut rough
  • 50 g sugar, fine comb
