How to create a warm jogja

Gudeg Jogja. With such name you surely already know this food comes from local Yogyakarta (Yogya), the tourists who come to Indonesia to stop into this area to eat foods of Jogja, but you do not have time to travel to Indonesia please enjoy your home along with your beloved family a way to make it. Here's how to make it:

Materials / ingredients:
  • 500 grams of young jackfruit, cut into pieces
  • 1,300 ml of water
  • 8 leaves of teak
  • 400 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 3 cm galangal, crushed
  • 100 grams of brown sugar, finely combed
Ground Spices:
  • 10 red onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 6 grains hazelnut, roasted
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
Processing Method:
  1. Boil jackfruit, water, and teak leaves until tender.
  2. Enter the coconut milk, spices, bay leaves, ginger, and brown sugar. Cook until dry over low heat
Presentation Tips
Serve with savory rice
