Garo pepper shrimp

 Materials needed
  • 250 grams of shrimp jerbung, exhaust heads, cut back
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 lime leaves, discard bones
  • 1 bunch basil, chopped
  • 1 leek, cut into 1 cm
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Seasoning Blend Crude:
  • 4 red onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 7 curly red chilies
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
How to make shrimp garo rica:
  1. Marinate the shrimp with lime juice and salt. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil. Saute the mashed rough seasoning, lemon grass and lime leaves until fragrant.
  3. Enter shrimp. Stir until it changes color. Pour water. Cook until absorbed.
  4. Towards lifted, enter chives and basil. Stir well
  5. Serve
