Honey roasted duck

Ingredients / spices:
  • 1 ducks, cut into 4 parts
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 750 ml coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
How to make honey roasted duck:
  1. Heat oil and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Enter duck. Stir until it changes color.
  2. Add chili sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and honey. Stir well.
  3. Add salt and pepper. Stir well. Pour the coconut milk a little. Cook until the meat is tender and the flavors mingle.
