Chocolate swiss roll

Chocolate swiss roll, besides it tastes good way to make it is not difficult. To you who are learning to make cakes must try this dish.
Chocolate swiss roll
Ingredients / spices:
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 85 grams sugar
  • 40 grams of cake flour
  • 20 grams of cocoa powder
  • 20 grams of cornstarch
  • 100 grams of salted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon brown paste
  • 100 grams of whipping cream, whipped whippy 50 grams of powder and 100 ml of ice water
Fill material (whipped expands):
  • 25 grams of powdered whippy
  • 25 grams of powdered instant custard filling
  • 100 ml of ice water
How to make chocolate swiss roll:
  1. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the flour, cornstarch and sifted cocoa powder and mix evenly.
  2. Enter the pasta mixture of unsalted butter and vanilla in small increments, stirring gently.
  3. Pour in a 25x30x3 cm baking pan lined with baking paper and spread with a thin margarine.
  4. Under fire oven with a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius 20 minutes until cooked.

  6. Garnish with whipped cream.
