Dodol or jenang name in my area, unique
food complicated but delicious for eating, if you like to challenge you to try
to cook food in addition to challenging match also very suitable to be packed

Ingredients Baking Dodo:
- 900 grams of brown sugar,
chopped fine
- 500 gr glutinous rice
- 1 liter of coconut milk diluted
(from 1 coconut)
- 1 liter of thick coconut milk
(from 2 coconuts)
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1 pandan leaves (Cut - Ptong
rough)
- Banana leaves to taste (as a
base)
- Sesame (Wijen)
How to Make Cake Dodo:
1. The first step, boil the
coconut milk with brown sugar, salt and pandan leaves. After exiting / scent of
pandanus leaves, then remove and set aside pandannya leaves.
2. Furthermore, Dissolve
flour and glutinous rice flour along thin coconut milk and stir until evenly
distributed. Then pour the solution flour little by little into the stew thick
coconut milk and brown sugar that has been made before, then stirring
constantly, until the dough becomes mature and dull. After that turn off the
heat, then remove from heat.
3. Finally, pour lunkhead
still hot into a pan that had previously been given a pedestal bananas (in
order to increase the aroma of baking lunkhead), then flatten and let it cool
down. Then cut lunkhead suit your taste, then artificial lunkhead you ready to
be served. To create a more attractive appearance sprinkle sesame on top.
