Egg Crust Recipe
 


Materials needed: 
  • 500 grams of white glutinous rice that has been soaked in cold water overnight
  • 10 chicken eggs
  • 100 grams of dried shrimp, soaked with hot water and then mashed and roasted to dry
  • 6 tablespoons fried shallots
Grinded spices:
  • 150 grams of grated coconut and toasted
  • 5 red chilies
  • 4 cm kencur
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 1 teaspoon pepper grains
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
How to Make Egg crust:
  1. Heat the pan first.
  2. Put 2-3 tablespoons sticky and form a circle sekitar12 cm and press until sticky stick to the pan. Then cover the pan and cook until done.
  3. Pour 5 tablespoons beaten egg, 1 tablespoon finely spice, sprinkle with 6 tablespoons dried shrimp and fried shallots, stir until everything is evenly mixed together eggs but does not damage the sticky mixture.
  4. Cook back until dry. Then remove from skillet.
  5. Sprinkle a bit of spices, dried shrimp and fried onions.
