Egg Crust Recipe
Materials needed:
- 500 grams of white glutinous rice that has been soaked in cold water overnight
- 10 chicken eggs
- 100 grams of dried shrimp, soaked with hot water and then mashed and roasted to dry
- 6 tablespoons fried shallots
Grinded spices:
- 150 grams of grated coconut and toasted
- 5 red chilies
- 4 cm kencur
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 teaspoon pepper grains
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Heat the pan first.
- Put 2-3 tablespoons sticky and form a circle sekitar12 cm and press until sticky stick to the pan. Then cover the pan and cook until done.
