How to make batik lapis legit

Maybe you heard the word batik lapis legit, you remember batik cloth, which is typical Indonesian food but also there is a form of batik, which has a high value and very delicious taste, for those of you who want to make the following ways to make it:

How to make batik lapis legit

Materials / ingredients:
Ingredients 1:
  • 100 grams of cold salted butter
  • 75 grams of margarine
  • 15 grams of sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 200 grams of egg yolk
  • 20 grams of cake flour
  • 10 grams of cornstarch
  • 10 grams of milk powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon mocha paste
Ingredients 2:
  • 100 grams of cold salted butter

  • 150 grams of cold salted butter
  • 150 grams of margarine
  • 25 grams of sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 375 grams of egg yolk
  • 50 grams of cake flour
  • 10 grams of milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning spekuk
  • 50 grams of sweetened condensed milk, to spread
How to make batik lapis legit:
  1. Materials 1, whipped cold salted butter and margarine for 15 minutes until soft. Add sweetened condensed milk. Beat well. Kopyok-kopyok to the air of butter is lost. Set aside.

  8. Cut 1 cm each cake I and II cakes.

  10. Take a piece of material 3. Apply sweetened condensed milk. Stack with materials I and II materials. Apply sweetened condensed milk. Stack materials III. Condense. Store in refrigerator.
  11. Serve
