How to make salted egg pepes

Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs raw salted
  • 75 ml coconut milk from coconuts 1/4
  • 1 bunch basil leaves, weeded
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • banana leaves for wrapping
Ground Spices:
  • 4 curly red chilies
  • 4 red onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs hazelnut
  • 1 cm turmeric, burned
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
How to make spiced salted egg:
  1. Mix the coconut milk and spices. Stir well.
  2. Take a piece of banana leaf. Break 1 egg salt. Pour 2 tablespoons of coconut milk mixture. Sow basil. Wrap and hook with a stick.
  3. Steamed over medium heat 30 minutes until cooked.
  4. Remove and serve
Tips:
Serve with boiled cassava leaves that add a sense of pleasure when enjoyed
