Ingredients:
- 120 grams of low protein flour
- 20 grams sugar
- 75 ml water 100 grams of

- 50 ml cooking oil

- 4 egg yolks
- 50 grams of grated carrot,
squeezed
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 75 grams sugar
Ingredients Cheese Frosting:
- 35 grams of white cooking
chocolate, melted
- 200g cold unsalted butter
- 125 grams of cream cheese
- 25 grams of powdered sugar
Topping Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

How to make orange carrot cupcake cheese frosting:
- Combine the oil, water carrots,
and citrus concentrate until blended. Set aside.
- Sift flour add the baking
powder. Add sugar. Stir well. Enter the carrot mixture of water and oil.
Stir gently.
- Add the egg yolk. Stir until
smooth. Add grated carrots. Stir well. Set aside.
- Beat the egg whites, salt and
cream of tartar until half inflated. Add sugar. Whisk until fluffy.
- Pour a little into the flour
mixture, stirring gently.
- Pour into muffin cups lined
with paper.
- Under fire oven with a
temperature of 170 degrees Celsius 20 minutes until cooked.
- Cheese frosting, whipped
unsalted butter, cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth. Enter the
white cooking chocolate. Beat well.
- Put the mixture into a plastic
triangle that has been given a syringe. Spray on top of cake. Sprinkle
coarse sugar orange.
- Serve
