Grilled scallop rendang

Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of scallop shells
Seasoning Rendang:
  • 1 sheet turmeric leaf
  • 3 lime leaves, discard bones
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 1 fruit acid kandis
  • 500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
Ground Spices:
  • 10 curly red chilies
  • 5 large red chilies
  • 8 red onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 cm turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
How to make grilled scallop rendang:
  1. Boil the coconut milk, spices, turmeric leaves, lime leaves, lemon grass, and kandis acid while stirring until cooked and half dried up.
  2. Take one fruit shells. Spoon the rendang seasoning on it.
  3. Under fire oven with a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Serve
