Chicken cooked in savory hazelnut

How to make chicken cooked in savory hazelnut:
  1. Roasted chicken on a fire while turning occasionally until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil. Sauté ground spices, lemongrass, ginger and lime leaves until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken. Stir well. Add cayenne pepper, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. Pour water. Cook until chicken is tender.
  5. Pour the coconut milk, stirring until boiling and mature.
  6. Serve
