Simple mushroom fish soup

Ingredients / spices:

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing
Ground Spices:
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 red chilies
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, fried
How to make a fish soup mushroom:
  1. Marinate tuna with lime juice 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and saute ground spices, lime leaves, lemongrass, and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Enter the broth. Cook until boiling. Add tuna, red cayenne peppers, and mushrooms. Stir well.
  4. Enter oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt, and sugar. Cook until done.
