Ingredients / spices:

  • 2 cm ginger

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Spreads (stirring score):
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cooking oil
Material Sauce (stirring score):
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 6 pieces green chili, thinly sliced
How to make satay wrapping:
  1. Minced mutton along with goat fat cut.
  2. Stir mixture of goat meat, soy sauce, coconut milk, tamarind water, and spices.
  3. Take a little dough. Wrap a little bloated on skewers. Wrap with goat fat.
  4. Burn while smeared with a smear until cooked. Serve with sauce
