Dried potato sauce shrimp eggs with shrimp paste
Ingredients:

  • 100 ml thick coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Ground Spices:
  • 10 red onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
  • 3 curly red chilies
  • 3 large red chilies
Instructions:
  1. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, big red chili, galangal, lime leaves, and banana until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp and egg. Stir well.
  3. Enter the coconut milk, salt and brown sugar. Cook until absorbed.
  4. Enter dried potatoes. Cook briefly and then lift.
