Ingredients:
  • 200 gr unsalted butter
  • 100 grams of refined sugar
  • 1 egg btr

  • 100 g butter pear or apple
  • 1 pc yellow pear, diced small
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
  1. Whipped unsalted butter and powdered sugar until smooth, add the beaten eggs until blended.
  2. Enter the flour and cornstarch and stir well. Add pieces of pear, stirring gently until blended.
  3. Milled dough ½ cm thick slices lal 10 x 2 cm, stacking the above baking dish, spread the top of the cake with marmalade and sprinkle pears, sugar and cinnamon powder.
