Chicken broccoli stir-fry

Ingredients / spices:
  • 300 grams of broccoli, cut into florets suit
  • 50 grams of peas
  • 1 piece of chicken thigh fillets, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced length
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 50 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
How to make chicken broccoli stir-fry:
  1. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken. Stir until it changes color.
  3. Add broccoli and peppers. Stir well.
  4. Enter the oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. Pour water. Cook until done.
