| Chicken special day vacation | 
- 1 whole chicken, cut into 12 parts
 - 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
 - 3 point clove
 - 2 cm cinnamon
 - 1/2 tablespoons tamarind water, 1 teaspoon of tamarind dissolved in 1 tablespoon
 - 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
 - 500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
 - 2 tablespoons oil for frying
 
Ground Spices:
- 8 red onions
 - 3 cloves garlic
 - 2 large red chilies
 - 3 curly red chilies
 - 2 cm turmeric, fuel
 - 2 cm ginger
 - 2 cm galangal
 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
 - 1 teaspoon coriander
 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin
 
How to make chicken cooking tongs:
- Heat the oil. Sauté ground spices, lemongrass, quarrel, and cinnamon until fragrant. Add chicken. Stir until it changes color.
 - Enter coconut milk, tamarind water, salt, and sugar. Cook, stirring until thickened
