Kalio chicken liver

Ingredients / spices:
  • 10 pieces of chicken liver, cut into pieces
  • 3 potatoes, peeled, cut in squares 1 1/2 cm
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 3 lime leaves, discard bones
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sour water, 1 1/2 tablespoons of sour and 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 200 ml coconut milk from coconuts 1/2
  • oil for frying
Ground Spices:
  • 6 red onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 red chilies
  • 4 grains of hazelnut, toasted
  • 1 cm turmeric, fuel
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste
How to make chicken liver kelia:
  1. Heat the oil. Sauté ground spices, lemon grass, lime leaves, and bay leaves until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken livers. Stir until it changes color. Put the potatoes, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
  3. Pour the coconut milk. Cook until absorbed. Towards lifted, enter the acidic water. Stir well.
  4. Serve
