Prawn mushroom soup

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sour water (1 1/2 teaspoon of tamarind dissolved in 3 tablespoons of water)
  • 10 sprigs cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Fine Seasoning Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried shrimp
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 pieces of dried chili
How to make mushroom soup prawn:
  1. Spices, fried dried shrimp, garlic and dried chili until fragrant. Lift and blender with oil until smooth.
  2. Saute onion until fragrant. Pour the shrimp broth, seasoning tomyam, lemongrass, lime leaves and galangal until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, mushroom, red chili, fish sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook until boiling. Add the milk. Stir until boiling back.
  4. Enter the acid water, cilantro, and heavy cream. Stir well. Add lemon juice. Stir well.
  5. Serve
