Pergedel potatoes tasty mushrooms

Pergedel certainly would make a good friend or additional rice dinner, if I personally pergedel delicious eaten without rice etc. pergedel usually made from potatoes, but this time we will cook delicious mushrooms pergedel drums, here's how to make it:

Ingredients:
  • 400 grams of potatoes, cut into pieces, fried ripe, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic fries, puree
  • 1/2 tablespoon fried onion, knead
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 leek, thinly sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten off for dyers
  • oil for frying
How to make a mushroom potato cakes:
  1. Mix potatoes, mushrooms, eggs, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir well.
  2. Enter the leeks. Stir well.
  3. Take a little dough. Slightly flattened round shape. Dip into beaten egg.
  4. Fried in oil that has been heated until cooked.
