Seraki spicy chicken for special people

While winter feels warm meal and spicy food, for you are now experiencing snow season these foods you can make a special meal for you with family.
Food is a proper course dinner, wedding party may also make. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients / spices:
  • 1 whole chicken, cut into 10 parts
  • 3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 3 cm galangal, crushed
  • 5 pieces kandis acid
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1,000 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
Ground Spices:
  • 10 red onions
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 4 curly red chilies
  • 5 pieces of red chili pepper
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 5 grains of hazelnut, toasted
How to make spicy chicken seraki:
  1. Boil chicken, lemongrass, galangal, tamarind kandis, spices, salt, sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat.
  2. Cook until absorbed. Towards lifted, add margarine. Stir well.
  3. Serve
