Cook skipjack dazed

Cook a delicious meal that does not need to be expensive but it takes skill to cook, for those of you who like to cook this recipe is perfect for you

Ingredients / spices:
  • 300 grams of smoked tuna, cut into pieces
  • 4 lime leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 cm galangal, crushed
  • 3 pieces of green chili, cut askew
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 650 ml coconut milk from coconuts 1/2
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Ground Spices:
  • 7 red onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 4 curly red chilies
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 4 grains of hazelnut, toasted
  • 2 cm of kencur
How to make a dazed cook tuna:
  1. Saute ground spices, lime leaves, bay leaves, lemongrass, galangal, and green chilies until fragrant.
  2. Add tuna. Stir well.
  3. Enter coconut milk, salt, and sugar. Cook, stirring frequently until cooked.
  4. Serve
