Fried fish sauteed basil

Cuisine menu today I will share how to make fried fish sauteed basil, food is very identical to the Batak tribe in northern Sumatra. Here's how to make it:

Materials:
  • 400 g of tuna, wash
  • 1 packet seasoning Fish Fry
  • 7 spring onions, sliced
  • 3 green tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 6 pieces cayenne pepper, sliced
  • 1 green chilies, sliced oblique
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 100 ml of water
  • Cooking oil to taste.
How to cook:
  1. Mix 3 tablespoons water and 3/4 wrap fried fish seasoning, stir well. Marinate the fish, let stand for 20 minutes, set aside.
  2. Fish fry until cooked, remove from heat, set aside.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil. Saute onion, chili, lemongrass, green peppers, green tomatoes, the remaining water, and remaining seasoning fish fry, stir well.
  4. add the basil, and cook until cooked, pour over fish
  5. Serve.
