Fried goat Soy sauce

Besides delicious goat meat but very tasty satay used in cooking, following recipes are popular fried goat in Indonesia:

Materials needed:
  • 500 grams of mutton, diced 4 cm
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cm ginger, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper powder tehe
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, for frying
Soy sauce, mix well:
  • 2 pieces of red cayenne pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red tomatoes, diced 2 cm
  • 3 green tomatoes, diced 2 cm
  • 2 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, take the water

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
How to make fried goat soy sauce:
  1. Rub the lamb with salt, ginger, pepper, garlic, and soy sauce. Let stand 30 minutes.
