Mackerel stew

Material:
  • 1 fish (500 grams) of fish fillet, cut into 1 cm thick
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Cooking oil to taste
  • 5 red onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper usual, coarsely ground
  • 2 lime leaves, finely sliced
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, finely sliced
  • 2 cm ginger, finely sliced
  • 250 ml of water
  • 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 pineapple medium size (150 grams) of pineapple, cut into small pieces
How to cook:
  1. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and salt, let stand a minute, fry until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, saute onion, garlic, minced chili, lime leaves, lemongrass, and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Enter the fish fry, stir well.
  4. Add water, sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, white pepper powder, sugar, lemon juice, and pineapple. Cook, stirring frequently for a while to allow the flavors to infuse. Remove and serve.
