- 2 cm ginger
- 3 eggs hazelnut, toasted
Coating:
- 200 ml of water
- 75 grams of flour rough panir
How to make fried bread skipjack contents:
- Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, lime leaves
and lemongrass until fragrant. Enter tuna. Stir well.
- Add salt, sugar, and coconut milk. Stir until
absorbed. Towards lifted, enter the basil leaves. Stir until wilted. Lift.
Refrigerate.
- Skin, mix flour, baking powder, yeast, and sugar
until blended. Add the eggs, salt, and a little coconut milk while
stirring until elastic. Let stand 20 minutes.
- Dough weigh 20 grams each. Round shape.

shape. Let stand 20 minutes. Dip into the water. Panir flour roll over.
