Satay buffalo

If you are a lover of food skewers, you can try this recipe menu as satay is very interesting and certainly make you addicted, here's how to make it:

Ingredients / spices:
  • 300 grams of buffalo meat, cut into 2 cm box
  • 12 fruit skewers
The marinade seasoning ingredients (stir score):
  • 1/2 tablespoon of tamarind dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients:
  • 50 grams of peanut skins, fried
  • 100 grams of toasted coconut, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 400 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Ground Spices:
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 pieces of red chili sauce
  • 2 lime leaves, discard bones
  • 3 curly red chilies
How to make buffalo satay:
  1. Soak the meat in the marinade 1 hour.
  2. Prick-prick satay skewer in.
  3. Grilled over coals until cooked.
  4. Sauce, heat the oil. Stir-fry until fragrant spices. Add peanuts. Stir well.
  5. Add water, soy sauce, brown sugar, and salt. Cook until boiling. Add toasted coconut. Cook until done.
  6. Serve skewers along with the sauce.
