Jala chocolate bread

Jala material:
  • 200 grams of cake flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten off
  • 300 ml of water
Sauce Ingredients:
  • 200 ml liquid milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 75 grams of dark cooking chocolate, chopped
Supplementary Material:
  • 50 grams of cashew nuts, toasted, coarsely chopped
  • 9 sekup vanilla ice cream
How to make bread brown nets:
  1. Nets bread, wheat flour sifter. Add salt. Pour a little water, stirring. Add eggs. Stir well.
  2. Put the mixture into a plastic triangle. Spray a nonstick griddle in shaping meshes. Allow to mature. Lift and fold.
  3. Sauce, boiled milk, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and cornstarch, stirring until bubbling. Lift. Enter the dark cooking chocolate. Stir until chocolate is dissolved. Refrigerate.
  4. Serve bread sauce and complementary mesh together.
