Salted egg fried calamari

Food made from fish and shellfish is very tasty, not one of you try this recipe is very tasty when eaten while relaxing.

Ingredients / spices:
  • 300 grams of squid, cut into 1 cm thick ring
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Coating materials (stirring score):
  • 75 grams of cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • oil for frying
Sauce Ingredients:
  • 4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 4 curly red chilies, finely chopped
  • 4 stalks chives, finely sliced
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 5 salted egg yolk cooked, mashed rough-rough
  • 2 tablespoons margarine for frying
How to make fried calamari salted egg:
  1. Marinate the calamari with lemon juice, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Calamari roll one by one in the coating material to the average bandaged while pulled up.
  3. Fry in oil heated over medium heat until the yellowish late. Set aside.
  4. Sauce, heat the margarine. Saute the garlic and red pepper until fragrant curls.
  5. Add chives, oyster sauce, pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
  6. Enter salted egg yolk. Stir until grained. Add the fried calamari. Stir until swathed average.
  7. Serve.
Tips
