Ingredients / spices:

- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder

Sauce Ingredients:
- 4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- 4 curly red chilies, finely chopped
- 4 stalks chives, finely sliced
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 5 salted egg yolk cooked, mashed rough-rough
- 2 tablespoons margarine for frying
How to make fried calamari salted egg:
- Marinate the calamari with lemon juice, sesame
oil, salt, and pepper. Let stand 15 minutes.
- Calamari roll one by one in the coating material
to the average bandaged while pulled up.
- Fry in oil heated over medium heat until the
yellowish late. Set aside.
- Sauce, heat the margarine. Saute the garlic and
red pepper until fragrant curls.
- Add chives, oyster sauce, pepper, and sugar. Stir
well.
