Soup dumplings

This sunny morning I will share recipes dumplings, served whenever appropriate and when any. The whole family must have passion and really liked this dish. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients / spices:
Wonton skins:
  • 1 piece of chicken thighs, finely chopped
  • 200 grams of peeled shrimp, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 3 small leeks, finely sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Sauce ingredients:
  • 2,000 ml chicken broth
  • 4 pieces of leek, connective
  • 4 stalks celery, connective
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Vegetable Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of baby pockcoy, brewed
Supplementary Material:
  • fried onions
How to make soup dumplings:

  1. Mix chicken, shrimp, scallions, corn starch, salt, pepper, sugar, and sesame oil. Stir with a slam-slam.
  2. Take a piece of dumpling skin. Fill in the edge. Roll origin of the content covered. A meeting ends. Glue with water. Boil in boiling water until the float. Lift. Place it on top of the container that has been spread with oil.
  3. Gravy, boiled chicken broth, onion, and celery until fragrant.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook while stirring until boiling.
  5. Serve dumplings together baby pokcoy and fried onions.
