Broccoli stir-fry sausage

Tasty sauteed broccoli is already granted. Especially if the sausage added. The extra sausage also be a spur to the child who is always difficult to eat vegetables.

Material:
  • 500 grams of broccoli, cut into pieces
  • 3 sausages, cut askew
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 onion, cut into the box
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 scoop t dissolved in 1 teaspoon water, to thicken
How to make sausage sauteed broccoli:

  1. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add sausage. Stir until it changes color.
  2. Add broccoli. Stir until half withered.
  3. Add the fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Thicken with cornstarch. Stir until bubbling
  5. Serve
