Kailan salted egg

Kailan added salted egg? Of course delicious. No need much seasoning again because of additional salted egg've made this dish so remarkable. You should try it.

Material:
  • 300 grams kailan, cut into pieces
  • 5 pieces of fish balls, sliced round
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, sliced length
  • 2 large red chilies, seeded,
  • 2 eggs cooked salted, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil for sauteing
How to make kailan salted egg:
  1. Saute garlic, onion, and red pepper until fragrant. Enter the meatballs and salted eggs. Stir well.
  2. Add kailan, salt and pepper. Stir well. Pour water. Stir until cooked
  3. Serve
Tips: You can substitute vegetable kailan with your favorite vegetables
