Material:
- 300 grams kailan, cut into
pieces
- 5 pieces of fish balls,
sliced round
- 2 cloves garlic, finely
chopped
- 1/2 onion, sliced length
- 2 large red chilies, seeded,
- 2 eggs cooked salted,
coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 100 ml water
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil for
sauteing
How to make kailan salted egg:
- Saute garlic, onion, and red
pepper until fragrant. Enter the meatballs and salted eggs. Stir well.
- Add kailan, salt and pepper.
Stir well. Pour water. Stir until cooked
- Serve
Tips: You can substitute vegetable kailan with your favorite vegetables
